The cable guy works for Lynbrook Cable. He responded to Ray and Frank's calls to the company about losing their cable in a lightning storm. When he arrived, he noticed an illegal cable splitter on Ray's house, which rerouted cable to Frank's house across the street.
He then fined them $2500 for the illegal splitter.
