The Elderly Woman accidentally received Frank and Marie's engraved toaster from her son for Christmas. She thought the store got the names wrong on the engraving, so she went back to Bloomingdale's where she dealt with the exchange lady and then had Marie steal the toaster back. Her son's name is unknown, but there were names of other family members that she wanted on the toaster: June, Harvey, and Bobby.
